Grandad’s Face Adorably Lights Up When He Sees His Honeybun, And It’s All On Video

They say that grandparents are naturally spoiler. Seldom do you find grandparents who won’t love their grandchildren unconditionally. And when the grandchild returns that love back, nothing could melt our hearts more.

Living Granddaughter

Jennifer Barclay from Scotland has a close bond with her 87-year-old grandfather whom she visits weekly in Methil Scotland. Jennifer loves the way her granddad’s face lights up and how adorable his greetings are to her that she decided to take videos every time she rings the bell.

She compiled the videos and the internet can’t take how cute these two are. She posted it on social media and captioned it with:

“My wee Grandad, 87 years young and he’s my no.1 guy. I love him with all my heart. And I love recording his reactions when I come to visit. I hope everyone can appreciate the video I’ve made as much as I do.”

A Dapper Grandad

In an Instagram account named the.grandad.diaries, Jennifer adorable posts photos of her and her grandpa where the undeniable bond is clear. The smile in all the photos she posts says a lot. This Instagram account is the result of people’s request asking about her grandad.

As one commenter said in the video she posted, “Can’t get over how happy he is to see you each time!”

This sentiment had the internet’s heart-melting as they ravel on how the granddad and grand daughter combo loves each other so much.

Honey bun

At the end of the video, Robert can be heard saying “Hello, honeybun” which we think says it all, don’t you think?

This sweet grandpa loves his grandchild so much that he can’t help but light up with a smile when she sees her.

At one time, he even jokingly asked what the password is before letting the girl in, but then proceeded in smiling and hugging her after.
