A Filipina working in Dubai recently went viral after receiving lots of money from her famous vlogger boss! Many netizens felt envious that she received such a huge amount of money from her boss, especially in this time of COVID-19 crisis when lots of people had actually lost their jobs…

At 50 years old, Avelina is a valuable member of Alex Hirschi’s team. Vlogging as the “Supercar Blondie”, Alex treasures Avelina because of her contribution to the team in terms of helping them out with domestic as well as administrative tasks.

The Filipina has been working for Alex and her team for around 2 years and a half. So, she thought about giving back to the hardworking Filipina by rewarding her with a lot of money that she can use to send her son to college or fund the construction of a house that she can rent out to students for extra cash the family can earn.

“I know that Avelina has left her family behind and that’s a very, very difficult thing to do. I admire her so much for doing that to provide a better life for her children. I thought if I can take away even one of her worries like, ‘How do I earn money in retirement?’ or ‘How do I send my son to college?’ then that is so worth it to me. The happier she is, the happier we’ll be. This is the least I could do for her,” Alex explained.

“I’ve been working to build my business now for several years and it didn’t come easy. But now that we’ve been so successful, I just want to pass on some of that success to the people I love and the people who help me every single day. Avelina plays such a huge role in our success. She really does. She takes away so many worries for us that we just wanted to give her something that would take one of her worries away, too.”
