Crying Between 7P.M & 10P.M Can Help Lose Weight, Study Claims

Crying your heart out can help you feel better; but did you know that shedding those tears might also help you shed off those unwanted extra fats you’ve always wanted to get rid of? Whoa.

The study of Dr. Aaron Neufeld of Los Altos Optometric Group reveals that there are three types of tears – and there’s one that promotes weight loss. And if you’re looking for the best time to cry (because why not?), Neufield suggests doing it between 7PM and 10PM. Take note!

He pointed out that people shed three types of tears, namely Basal, Reflex, and Psychic tears. Basal tears lubricate the eyes, reflex tears protect the eyes by removing irritants, and psychic tears are the body’s response to a strong emotional feeling.

According to the study by Neufeld, emotional crying could promote weight loss as it stops the production of hormones that make your body store fat.
